Cancel and Replace Policy

By purchasing or booking the Service, or registering or accessing your account with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms

Once you have booked the Executive Service and made the payment, you cannot refund the amount paid or change the data entered by you.
When you apply for a visa for one of the countries we offer a visa application service for, you can get a refund minus the application fee within 24 hours, not including countries that offer an e-visa service.
You can cancel your reservation and modify the data at any time unless you have made a payment.
